Procrastination...the I'll get to it syndrome

I found this great article on procrastination, I have it huge, nothing ever gets done, my stress levels rise and eventually its way too much to even attempt. My friends have it made, all these *chores* and priorities, while I lay in bed thinking about my next big, unattainable plan I'll never start for fear of rejection, or just plain laziness. I'd love to tell you I'm too busy, I've got 30 excuses for why I didn't get it done or even start it, but the truth is I'm a procrastinator, simple as that

In this article he points out that its not "have to" its want to. If we change our attitudes, maybe we will want to get these things done, instead of rolling over and lighting "one more cigarette" and thinking about it.

He has allot of tips for overcoming it, I have my own too.
-Start with small tasks, and each that is accomplished builds confidence and strength for the next one. We need to feel success in order to continue, some of us have felt nothing but worthlessness for so long, success is going to be a great feeling

-If your condition is in the beginning stages, start very slowly on small tasks, you need to keep your energy level bearable, and tiny steps is best no matter what it is...

Hopefully is we get a few lessons from the Pros as well as work hard in our own life, as much as we can handle, things will progressively change for the better, or at least build some strength in our lives!
